  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Culinary or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Japanese Cuisine experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to develop menus and new dishes (fusion concept)
  • Directs, controls and co-ordinates the activities of all chefs, commis and kitchen helpers engaged in preparing and cooking food, to maintain an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times
  • Inspect and monitor storerooms, refrigerators and freezers daily to ensure no wastages
  • Control costs by minimizing spoilage, utilizing food surpluses and portion controls
  • Ensures that only the freshest and highest quality products in the market are purchased for Japense Kitchen.
  • Operates all kitchen outlets at an acceptable food and staff cost.
  • Monitors all kitchen operating costs and takes corrective action, when necessary, to reduce expenses.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in sales and marketing in the hotel/hospitality industry or related fields
  • Able to communicate with all level of people, pleasant personality, excellent negotiation skills, resourceful, initiative and independent
  • Sales oriented, possess excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in Opera system will be an advantage
  • Able to travel and possess a valid driving license
